Hotel was very clean. They took very good care of our room each day. We were there for 7 days for a bowling tournament. I would highly recommend this hotel for any kind of a stay. Beds are comfortable, AC blows ice cold and fridge kept our drinks super chilled. Thank you for a great room and great service.
Stayed multiple times over two weeks, due to a death in the family. First and second trips, all the family and staff were so helpful! Our second arrival, we were given a dirty room. We ran a short errand so they could clean, but the floors were still dirty, and so was the bath mat. We were too tired to wait any longer, so checked in. Again, very kind staff, but housekeeping not doing their best.
Over all my experience was great. My only complaints would be that the staff starts their cleaning of rooms too early. At around 9:30 am older lady was already trying to get into my room to start cleaning it, then again at 10:45 am. Also, the towels y'all have are horrible along with the lighting in the room, especially in the sink portion of it. I also didn’t like how this location wasn’t in any of the hotel deals websites. Finally, I’m sure y’all are doing this to save money on costs, but walking into an extremely Hott room after an already frustrating and exhausting day/night is not something I looked forward to, nor did I appreciate. I did however appreciate that they were able to accommodate me so late at night and didn’t really bother me at all.

I was passing through and needed a room with super early check-in. The room was clean and smelled good. It wasn't too far from downtown and Oaklawn I think it was. Good food & entertainment over there.
When we got there, the first room smelled like cigarettes. Immediately, the person at the reception apologized and gave us a new room. It smelled decent and was clean, including the bathroom.
